• Client organizations own their contact records, leads, call transcripts, and CRM data.
• Big Hit Creative acts as a data processor, delivering communication services on behalf of the client.
• Third-party partners such as Twilio, IBM WatsonX, GoHighLevel, OpenAI, or RingCentral act as sub-processors.
We do not sell or transfer personal data.
5. How We Use Collected Information
• Provide automated communication services
• Route calls, schedule appointments, respond to inquiries
• Create call summaries and interaction reports
• Improve AI accuracy and system performance
• Monitor compliance, quality, and proper use

• Call recordings: 30–180 days (configurable by client)
• AI-generated transcripts: 60–90 days (unless extended)
• CRM contact information: While client account remains active
• Demo request details: 6–24 months
Clients may request data deletion where legally permitted.

ConnectXL™ supports compliance considerations under:

• CCPA / CPRA

• HIPAA-ready deployments when agreed by contract
